Summary
The study contains a combination of individual and aggregate data: the individual data are from a sample of Columbus, Ohio, residents interviewed in 1966, the aggregate data are based on census tract returns from the 1960 census for the sampling areas. The dataset includes a variety of variables describing the respondent's residential environment, political attitudes at both the local and national level, issue saliency, issue positions, and candidate and party evaluation. There are 604 respondents, 8 cards of data per respondent, and approximately 500 variables.
