SNL Datasource - REIT Module

The SNL Datasource REIT module provides comprehensive coverage of more than 200 real estate investment trusts, including corporate, market, and financial data on publicly traded REITs and selected privately held REITs and REOCs (Real Estate Operating Companies).

DATABASE CONTENT:
Property: Property-specific measures such as base rents, NOI (Net Operating Income), occupancy, tenants, MSA (Metropolitan Statistical Area), and size for all owned properties, sold properties, planned acquisitions, and planned constructions.
Corporate: REIT investment structure, advisers, officers, and ownership.
Market: Pricing and volume statistics, dividends, FFO (Funds From Operations) estimates, market indices, and UPREIT (Umbrella Partnership REIT) market capitalization.
Financial: GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) balance sheet, income statement, and debt composition, as well as key financial ratios for ten quarters and nine years.
Capital Issues: Type, shares issued or debt outstanding, price, market value and credit ratings, call provisions, yields, and conversion information.

UPDATES: Weekly updates of data. More frequent updates on request. Irregular software version updates via CD-ROM.

AVAILABILITY: This resource can only be accessed on workstation LAS2 in Main Reference near the InterLibrary Loan office.

RESTRICTIONS: SNL Datasource may only be accessed by University of Georgia faculty, staff, and students.
